'The hotel smells like a swimming pool. The floors are actually uneven and weird to walk on and there is nasty carpet everywhere. The elevator did not work. We left within 30 minutes even though we had paid for two nights. Then I got a charge for $40 for incidentals. We weren't even there.'

The staff was friendly and courteous and took the time to answer questions. Parking is not a problem, they have plenty of parking space.'
