'The hotel smells like a swimming pool. The floors are actually uneven and weird to walk on and there is nasty carpet everywhere. The elevator did not work. We left within 30 minutes even though we had paid for two nights. Then I got a charge for $40 for incidentals. We weren't even there.'

'Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment.'

'The location was good, It was easy to move around without transportation if you choose to. The hotel serves breakfast, It had a large array of items to select from. The staff was friendly and courteous and took the time to answer questions. Parking is not a problem, they have plenty of parking space.'

'The front desk employees were very nice. However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately we didn’t get back to our room until very late, so it felt too late to complain. The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just...

'This cute little enclave is situated towards the end of Main Street/Near Southside which has lots of unique local restaurants, shops and a cool vibe. Nice walkability. The SOMA was also unique and well appointed.'
