'When I checked in the ventilation was filthy, the bathroom sink broken, washer/dryer sliding doors broken, and no key card for it pool/gym/parking/clubhouse. The only thing they fixed in 5 days was had a cleaner cleaner wipe down the HVAC grills & ceiling fans which should have been done before I checked in. Strung me along everyday thinking I would get a key card but never happened. Not a good place.Not somewhere I would rent again.'

'I was looking for a clean and secure place close to Texas Harris Methodist as I was traveling alone from Virginia. It was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and even had groceries delivered to me. I did flip the breaker to the oven once but found the breaker box and took care of it. I appreciated the one pack of soap for the dishwasher and one for the washing machine to clean the dishes and towels when I was walking out the door. If I rent it again for any reason I will know to bring a few for...

'We loved this loft. It had everything we needed and was very safe. You had codes to get in main door, elevator and loft. It was right downtown with places to eat and drink right out the door. The metro bus stops were just 1 block away and they took you all over Ft Worth. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for letting us stay here!'
