First, the lobby smells good until you get to the elevator and room. The hotel is in a good location of Fort Worth 10-16 min to Stockyard Arena, and Sundance etc. However, the rooms were not as appealing. The room was not clean, hair on the sheets, tub with a black ring, hot water was warm water day 1 by day 2 there was no hot water. Told the staff as we were leaving out to attend a concert after having to wash up quickly to coming back still no hot water. Told the staff again no changes room or hot water. I also asked for towels and washcloths hoping we would be able to shower eventually but was given towels and cloths that were stained. Which as a hotel chain they should always have fresh linen and towels. They make enough money to do so. We ended up going to a friends near by to shower. Told the staff on day 3 as were checking out and because I used 3rd party they could not reimburse me. I paid for an early check-in for 1pm but we arrived due to flight delay after 4pm. Because I didn’t check in early the staff offered to reimburse me the $10 and send me Points for my stay to use in the future as a refund. She said she would text me everything. I was leaving out to catch my flight with bags in my hand so I couldn’t check then but trusted she would refund me the $10 (which she never did) and I never received any points. Was very unhappy with this stay, the room and the unethical practice of lying to quiet me and never making it right. No more Laquinta for me
