'Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. '

'This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! '

'Used this house as a place for part of our wedding party to stay and was blown away by the property. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, host was really helpful with communication, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The amenities made this a great place to stay and for my wife and her friends to get ready on our wedding day'
