'The Hotel Winters is a new(ish) hotel that purports to be a 4-star rated hotel. When I arrived and had my hands full with 3 small bags and a bike, there were two staff walking around the reception area. Both ignored me and were clearly not trained to take care of a newly arriving guest with his arms full. The room while clean was spartan and minimally appointed. There were two lights one in the entrance and one next to the bed. Hardly enough to read at night. The bed was hard which is fine, but...
