'As stated in the property description, this is a rustic studio. But it was also exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and right across the street and next door to a restaurant. More importantly, it had a great park around the corner to view the eclipse and was right down the street from a car repair place to fix our tire. The owner's are new to the process, so communication took a bit of work. They are lovely folk, and totally deserve the chance!'

'Great house, very clean and Eric was great with anything that was needed. I've been staying at this house for several years during our annual dove hunt in the area. Always look forward to coming back every year. Cathy is a fantastic host.'

'We stayed for a family funeral and the owner was so accommodating and kind. She even left a sweet card that meant a lot to us. The pictures online do NOT do this property justice. It’s so peaceful and a great property to spend quality time with a larger group. Each room was beautifully decorated and so clean. They are well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host communicated so quickly during the entire booking and stay process. Highly recommend. '

'We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay, especially with the lovely gift basket the host prepared for our family. The home was not only beautiful but also equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, including essential paper goods. This truly has been one of the best experiences we've had in a rental. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. It made our time together so special.'

'The pictures give you a great idea of the property. The house was very clean and the A/C kept the house very cool. The house sits in a great location in Sabinal. Definitely will use this place again next time I am in Sabinal. '

'If you want super fancy go elsewhere but for us it was perfect. Everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We want to come back to Texas and stay longer next time'
