'Hotel is ok, tamelijk nieuw, goede kamers, bedden en badkamer. Enige negatieve is het restaurant is bijna geheel gefocust op lokale gebruikers. Ontbijt is zeer beperkt als je niet van warm Aziatisch eten houdt. Er is ook geen alkohol in dit hotel.'

'Fantastisch hotel met een sfeervolle inrichting. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en zeer schoon. Je moet echter niet op de bovenste kamerverdieping reserveren want daarboven is nog een restaurant, en dan doe je tot 2 uur schachts geen oog dicht vanwege de herrie van schuivende tafels en stoelen. Het eten is buitengewoon goed zowel het ontbijt als diner met veel keuzes. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Directe verbinding van het hotel naar de mall is een pre. Wij komen zeker in dit hotel...

'the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK..
