'The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. 'The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.'

'The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. "Het hotel was een totaal beleving. Van goed ontbijtbuffet tot heerlijk avond restaurant, aangenaam zwembad en opties voor het deelnemen aan yoga/pilates lessen. Alles steeds mooi verzorgd (zwembad omgeving, terras buiten en bar binnen, sportomgeving). Een heerlijke plek om een paar dagen te verblijven en niet uitgekeken te geraken op de accommodatie. Enige minpunt is wanneer het ontbijt binnen moet en het hotel volboekt is, er niet genoeg plek is. Verschillende gasten moesten 10 a 20 minuten wachten om te komen ontbijten omdat het restaurant vol zat."
