We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. 'The hotel was just lovely - very helpful staff, a very comfortable room, free parking in a very near underground car park and a lovely breakfast. What more could you want? The sauna in the cellar was a treat after walking in the mountains, as was the offer of a professional mountain guide 3 times a week to expand the walking experiences. I've forgotten to mention the self serve drinks available in the downstairs lobby, for which you paid for with an honesty box. I can't wait to go back to smple...
