'They are reasonably priced and you can easily walk to the beach! Isn’t that why you came? The owners are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The property is older but they have updated much and continue to improve it and the room was very clean and parking is great! If you are looking for the Hilton go to the Hilton ! If if you’re looking for a good value, a great location, and good management and a family friendly spot..this is it! I hated to leave.'

'The room was nice. Close to the beach and restaurants. We found a food wrapper from previous guest under the bed, but otherwise, room was clean. This motel does not offer free ice; you have to purchase bags which was kinda annoying. Our room had a balcony overlooking the highway and it was nice sitting out there at night. Overall, acceptable place for the price.'

'I only stayed two nights but they were good! The first night our bed broke and we got an excellent upgrade! The pools were nice I wish the outside one was a little warmer! And I never woke up for breakfast lol'

'Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.'

'We had a comfortable and happy time at Coastal Palms. The room and surrounding areas were adequate and pleasant. The room was spacious and bright. If I could offer a suggestion it would be for a few shelves and hooks for storing personal items. More impressive was the staff. Every person from Every department that we encountered was helpful, pleasant and kind.'

'Uncomfortable bed. Refrigerator had to be replaced during stay. Small outdoor pool. Limited parking. Great view and close to beach. Helpful staff'

'No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.'

'I wasn't happy with the Bathroom in my room it wasn't the cleanest. Beds were comfortable. I liked the little kitchenette in the rooms. I liked how spacious the suites are. Check in was all good and fast I liked the front desk stuff they're very helpful, I felt very welcomed. 😊'

'The description of a side ocean view was not at all what I expected. The room was never cleaned up during our stay. TVs didn’t work from day 1 had to ask for not only towels but the tv to be fixed which they did come quickly to do but within a few hours of leaving and coming back to the room the tv was back to not working. 'Location, location, location This property was chosen because of its location. This property is a brief walk to Rehoboth beach. The gentleman allowed us to park for free. Location and free parking were the two selling points for us. The space we rented was considered an apartment. It was acceptable. We stayed two nights. The family and I had a blast at the Beach.'
