'Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!'

'The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit...

'This stay barely gets an approval… The advertised breakfast and fitness room were in the next door property - so using them was beyond a hassle (so I did not). The room’s door did not have a deadbolt, so I moved the couch in front of it to give some peace of mind. After my first shower (the tub floor was warped and creaky) the water would not turn off - thankfully this was a day time shower and someone was available to fix the problem. 'My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters. 'Paid parking which was crazy with it being off season and 10 cars in the lot. Stained carpeting in the room was a turn off. The hotel was under construction so it was noisy. Great location '
