'I loved the front desk staff and the property and room were to notch. However, the most concerning was the inability to contact the front desk from the room phone. I tried but was connected with someone in another city who knew nothing about the actual hotel itself. It appeared she was aware I was calling from a Choctaw property of some sort but unaware of the actual property I was calling from. I see this as a potential serious problem.
