'The room was clean, and the lady at the counter was very nice. Main problem with the room was lack of anywhere to hang my clothes. No closet space at all. They should take the stove out of the room and add a closet. It would have been nice also to have a rack for my suitcase. But it was clean. I took spray cleaner (like 409) and paper towels and went over all the surfaces, and did not find much dirt at all, so good job on that. It is a really basic place to stay. 'The staff was outstanding. Upon checking in we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed/added in our room. When I notified the front desk, the person on duty personally took care of it within 15 minutes! I was very impressed-and appreciate-their level of customer service'

'The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell.
The keys to the room kept deactivating.
The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet.
My experience was horrible'

'This was not the best stay. I needed to ask someone to come vacuum my room after I checked in. The floor was gross. There was no ice in the ice machine and the vending machine did not dispense drinks. The shuttle was not ready for airport transfer even though it was requested ahead of time and the staff was not all that friendly.'
