'The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. 'A comfortable WHOLE HOUSE 2 BR option in a great, safe, quiet Mt. Adams location that was a super walkable hub for art museum and theater visits plus quality food options. Didn't need to use the car once we parked! The area is definitely hilly - it is something of a trek to get up to the main, flatter areas.
