'The room was very comfortable and spacious. Could benefit from some extra towel bars in the bathroom area. The toilet was very low would be nice if it was higher. The shower had amazing water pressure and a fabulous shower head. Maybe the best we've ever had in a hotel. The the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest we've had at a hotel. The staff was very attentive at breakfast. Bathroom could have benefited from an extra light switch leading to the toilet and shower area. Would need to be on a...

'Jammer dat het zwembad dicht is'

'The room was not clean. Upon checking in, there were dirty cleaning towels left in the room by the housekeeper.'

'All the staff members are very pleasant and helpful. Switch panel one of the elevators worked half the time, however it did allow me to get my steps in since it didn’t seem to like the floor I was staying in. I enjoyed the restaurants around it, parking convenience, and being away from city center.'

'The room was great, very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff was excellent from beginning to end, especially Rosalia at reception was very helpful and Erika of housekeeping was thoughtful. The hotel is close to all kinds of services and amenities. We highly recommend this as good base for any kind of stay in the DC area. '

'Wij hadden helaas wel een heel slechte ervaring met een boeking in het weekend. Omdat er meerdere feesten en partijen waren, konden we 's avonds laat bij terugkomst in het hotel onverwachts niet eten in een van de restaurants. Dit was niet aangekondigd vantevoren. Je merkt goed dat men meer is ingesteld op de massa en niet de individuele hotelgast. Dat is jammer want het hotel is op zich een beleving, ook qua omgeving zeer de moeite waard.'

'Our smoke alarm began chirping at 3 am. This can be avoided with a routine maintenance schedule. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were long black hairs on my bed which is a bit off-putting. We appreciated the plant in the bathroom. A nice touch not usually found in a hotel.'

'It was a very nice and clean Hotel. Breakfast was included, and it was good. The staff were amazing. The area was near a plaza and accessible for getting everywhere. The only thing I would ask them to change is the couch in the lobby next to the breakfast areas; it’s so worn and faded. Otherwise, everything was perfect. 9 out of 10. Or 5 Start.'
