'Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again'

'Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.'

'De locatie ligt iets buiten het centrum ( 5 min met de auto). Goed voor n stopper. Jammer dat er geen stoelen op het terras of aan de rivier stonden. Aanrader is het restaurant Lucia in het centrum.'

'I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing this one to highlight really excellent service. Staff behind the counter, as well as at the breakfast bar was *exceptional*. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!'

'This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. If open do not miss out on the rooftop lounge...

'No daily service. Paper thin walls- can hear the neighbors pillow talk and family planning session at 2.30am. Guests having cell phone convos in the hall at 11pm. Other guest partying in the parking lot hanging by their commercial vehicles. The room window did not seal shut to mitigate the noise. Guest Trash was piled near the hall exits. There was NO exterior security access door- anyone could walk into the common areas at all hrs. Even for basic accomodations, major shortcomings.'

'Lovely, small room with extra desk space, direct access to the room without going down dark hallways. Pleasant staff, everything you need for a weekend in the area.'

'They charged me security deposit and it somehow disappeared from my transaction history and never showed up back. My bank cannot find the transaction. On my second stay they charged my card twice for security deposit. Based on reviews this has been an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve been to several locations and a hour after checkout I always get my deposit back, but for some reason this location holds onto your money.'

'It does not seem there are Kings beds despite advertising/offering of such. Room has a full and a twin and no, they cannot be pushed together. The entire room is tiny. I mean tiny. My bf knees touched shower curtain when sitting on toilet and could not shut door-tiny. We did not attempt to use shower because so small. That being said, it satisfies what we needed it for-it was inexpensive as rates go, it was clean, the AC worked well as did the tv. Honestly I’d give 2.5.'

'The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off'

'We were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean. The age of the property obviously was a bit older, but everything had been updated and very attractive and clean. The Office personnel was was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!!!'

'The room smelled like urine upon entrance, the wall was covered in yellow streaks. I cleaned up with cleaning products but still can smell it. The bathtub was also quite clogged... We came to visit family spent 2 nights. Luckily the bed was ok and we only went there to sleep. Would not stay again ... We only booked it since some reviews were good after their renovations. Do not recommend to others'

'It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.'
