'Beautiful spacious suite; nicely appointed and updated with warm, cozy vibe. Seemed more like a VRBO than an Inn… no front desk or staff (just a restaurant below) but easy check in instructions with key pad on door and shared lounge area. The food trucks on property were fun and added to the outdoor atmosphere. Surprisingly quiet by 8:30 pm. Nice location to quaint downtown area.'

'The lobby smelled like weed and there was a guy dealing in the parking lot all afternoon and evening. Cigarette holes in the bed spread. Holes in the curtains. Door at the end of the hall to the outside was off its hinges. Wi-Fi didn't work. Do not go there. We left just after 7:00 am. Couldn't wait to leave.'

'The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. 'The pool was closed for the entire 7 nights of my stay. When I booked, the pool was one of the amenities.'

'My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.'

'Great place, especially for the price. My room was clean and tidy, with plenty of the expected accouterments in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking. Unfortunately, they were working on the property, so there was no breakfast as of 6/25/26. They did have a coffee and vending machine. It's proximity to plenty of restaurants was a big draw for me. I will be staying again.'

'Believe the reviews when you read them here. Middle of the road hotel. Strange smell permeating the hallways. TV from what seemed like the early 2010s. Beds were comfy, however there were no extra blankets when I asked the front desk. Diner next door is very average. Nothing necessarily too wrong with it but would't stay again for the price.'

'Loved the breakfast. Common areas were clean and well lit. The room, while comfortable, nut needed housekeeping attention, particularly the bathroom. I was confused by the room cleaning schedule of every other day. Our room was freshened only once in our 7 night stay. Trash was emptied only once. We liked the hotel and will return.'
