Lovely hotel owners (incl. the dogs :-)), wonderful modern hotel, magnificent view, close to some of the best things to do in the area (Kogelberg nature reserve, penguin colony, Pringle bay beach, Botanical garden...). I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. 'We received a warm welcome whereby Natasha showed us where to park, where to eat, the property and extras like mini bar and fruits. As it was Christmas Eve she also reminded us that places close early and that we needed a reservation for restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy with fluffy duvets and pillows.
