'We stayed as a group for wine tasting in Traverse City area. The location was perfect. The cottage is right on beautiful Duck Lake. We were able to enjoy mornings sipping hot coffee, watching the majestic sunrise over the lake from the cozy sunroom. We spent some time on the pontoon boat exploring the lake and watching the many loons. The cottage had ample sleeping areas, everyone had their own room and bed, the beds were SO comfortable. We visited Sleeping Bear Dunes at multiple locations to hike, beachcomb, and enjoy the Fall colors. Frankfurt and Empire were not far away. The cottage had all of our needs covered. 'finally visited Traverse City for the first time, stayed here and enjoyed our time. It was only about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. It was also a short drive to sleeping Bear dunes national Park, which was fun. Troy was very responsive to texts and emails and definitely went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. there was even a nice gift package with Thanksgiving cooking supplies waiting for us when we got there. 'Had a great time at this property. It is close to many attractions. It is absolutely pet friendly and my wife and I had fun staying here with our 2 dogs. The property access was great for exercising the dogs and the view at the top of the hill is fantastic! While the village of Copemish isn't exactly top notch this property was a pleasant surprise! Overall great experience!'
