'The house was very clean, updated appliances, nice mattresses. It is situated on a side street with occasional cars going by. It was quiet by bedtime. Good water pressure and hot water. 'Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river. The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! 'I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside home in Inverness. The house was charming, very clean & had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, like new. But the outdoor spaces of this home are the real star of the show. The sunsets are gorgeous & the fishing was amazing. We caught crappie, perch, bass & catfish!! Definitely bring your reels. The hosts were kind & thoughtful, great communication as well. We will be staying here again! '
