Villa Andria — Family-friendly, petanque, playful spirit & pool

Mademoiselle Conciergerie welcomes you to Villa Andria, a Provençal-style address in Béziers (Bonaval) where life flows inside and out around a large garden and a generous pool. It’s perfect for family or friends: slow days, swims, and sunset apéritifs that linger.

The bright living room is the heart of the house, opening to the terrace for an easy indoor–outdoor flow. Outside, the summer bar/outdoor kitchenette becomes the evening hotspot: clink glasses, nibble, chat—while the Weber barbecue steals the show. Groceries are easy: Intermarché (a French supermarket chain) is under 2 minutes by car.

For nights, comfort leads the way: on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a near-panoramic view of garden and pool, plus a second bedroom. Upstairs, two further bedrooms, including one with a single bed + pull-out trundle (designed with children in mind but fully suitable for adults). Quality bedding, storage, and natural light create calm, restorative spaces.

The villa also embraces a playful spirit: a pétanque court, table football, trampoline, football, games, and an irresistible vintage pinball machine. Nearby, a scoreboard displays the records set by previous guests — your turn to beat them!

Access & parking — Park directly on the property. Note: very low vehicles without a lift system may find the driveway difficult to access.

Pool note — Pool open April to October (exact dates on request). Heating via heat pump when weather permits. We operate on a best-efforts (obligation of means) basis: the final water temperature depends on factors beyond our control (weather, ambient temperatures, wind, etc.).

Security deposit of €2,000 by credit card pre-authorisation only, taken upon arrival. Please ensure a sufficient card limit. Noise monitor in living areas; none in bedrooms, bathrooms or sleeping areas.
