'I was in town for the day for the Tigers/ Pirates game. The location couldn't be beat, not having to go in post game traffic.
The only down side was the limited space for check in parking. After check in and parking in the main lot everything was smooth. '

We were unable to check into our initial room we booked due to "the key pad was offline", we got transferred to another room that had a non-working A/C unit so the room was miserably hot, the broken A/C unit was leaking water everywhere, the washer and dryer were randomly in the middle of the hallway, we had no towels or anything for us in the room, and the shower didn't even have a handle on it to turn it on. Support tried to transfer us to another unit a couple blocks away at...

'The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel offered two different complimentary food times- morning breakfast and early evening “happy hour.” The valet parking was quick and easy— a bit pricey but it is in the city.
