Pluses - the host has been very quick and communicative, good location to my workplace in downtown and restaurants, river view, large space compared to a hotel room, laundry inside unit. Minor quibbles - there isn't a table that you can sit down and have a meal (not all the pictures on the listing are in unit, some are the amenities in the building, but you'll go to different floors), and neighbors can be noisy at...
