'This was the second year we have stayed here the weekend of thanksgiving. I could not recommend a more comfortable little Vrbo! It is located right in the center of every where we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone who is coming to Gettysburg!!'

'Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

'We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.'

'Communication with the owner was easy and accomodating. Everything was as expected. Cleanliness was marked a 4 because it is a pet friendly home so you expect it not to be pristine. For us it was perfect for us. our 2 boys and one small dog. The neighborhood is great to walk your dog and the location is ideal. '

'Got there pretty late and used property to sleep. It was good enough for what I needed it for. Didn’t like the door being wide open on arrival as I traveled alone. It was extremely cold as heat was not on. Was able to get heat started in bedroom and remained in there the stay as heat in living room was not functioning. It is downtown so expect some noise. I appreciated the fan for white noise. Bed was not very comfortable but I like a firmer mattress. Bathroom baseboards could be a little...
