'Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

'We arrived exhausted at the end of a long day and the room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We tried to reach the host repeatedly and got no response. Called customer service who was similarly unable to reach her. We went to dinner unsure whether we even had a place to stay that night.
