'Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable.'

'Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

'Host was very communicative. Loved the neighborhood. Cute but quirky place, definitely not for people who dislike stairs, firm beds, or occasionally hearing the neighbors, but none of those things bothered us. Would stay here again if we are in Fishtown!'

'The positive first. It was clean and directions to enter the apartment were helpful. The beds were comfortable. The stocked kitchen was not accurate. There were three plastic cups. No glasses. Two mismatched wine glasses and a handful of mismatched utensils. I think there may have been 3 forks total. There were no bowls or serving dishes. The only frying pan was filthy. We had to clean it. Also there was no laundry detergent provided. The area was a little sketchy. There was a homeless...
