'The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. 'The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend '

We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. '

Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
