'Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. They did offer to carry my bag up to my room upon check in, but they were not around to help at check out. 'Staff were friendly and helpful.'

'Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable.'

'The property was amazing, amenities were wonderful although our stay was short so we didn’t get to utilize all of them. Only issue we had was with some of the door hardware, but we didn’t notice it until right before we left and we brought it to their attention and they were having someone look at it right after we left. All in all, I’d definitely go back!'

'This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!'

'This trip we stayed in 250$ a night locations and in 100$ a.n. locations, the most expensive one disappointed us the most. Canopy by Hilton. PHI. The fridge still had stuff and food (A SMELLY CHEESEPLATTER AND DRINKS) and the shower had hairs. Black ones (i'm a red head, partner is bold ) Would have expected this in a lower rated hotel, just not at the Hilton.'

'Hotel is centrally located with outdoor rooftop pool (although it’s small for the hotel size). 'Nice room, nice staff. Price higher vs the booking price but that was solved smoothly. Nice free coffee and free wine at the happy hour. Perfect location, expensive parking but that you know in every big US city.'
