'I arrived around 8:45am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The front desk person said nicely, I’m sorry unfortunately we’re all booked and our rooms still needed to be cleaned. She asked if I could come back around 2pm and she’ll have the first room ready for me. I replied oh no worries, thank you. I returned around 1:45pm and my room was ready for me. I was checked in and I headed to my room. I open the door and was blown away!!! The pictures on the site didn’t do it justice....

'We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. '

However, when we reached out to the team, they responded promptly and sent maintenance and housekeeping to ensure our stay was comfortable. The communication was swift. Apart from this minor issue, our suite was beautifully cleaned, and there were stores, restaurants, and lounges nearby. I highly recommend this place again due to the excellent staff service and the affordable price. '
