'This condo was very nice! It's three steep levels plus the rooftop, with the master suite and kids' room on the 3rd floor so get ready for a climb. Everything was clean and orderly when we got there. Checkout was easy too. Checkin instructions were provided after I asked, less than 24h before arrival, and I had to ask for checkout instructions too; not sure where the disconnect was but make sure you get those instructions. The home is in a corner of a vibrant neighborhood within fairly easy walking to local taverns, grocery store, breakfast gems in which to eat, and train station. 'It was very clean. When I asked the host a question, I received an almost immediate response. (I don't know why vrbo asked about national parks for the city of Philadelphia.) The property was as advertised - dramatic and elegant furnishings, four bedrooms, three complete bathrooms. Good kitchen. Parking behind the house, with access from the back alley. The front door lock was a little sticky. I felt comfortable there for my mini-family reunion. '
