'If looking for something to improve, it would be the television amenity. I had difficulties utilizing the apps that were programmed. Outside of that, the staff was helpful with resolving any and all issues or providing assistance I needed. The hotel location was ideal for walking and transit. Lastly, I felt the room design along with the general hotel ambiance, created a vibe that genuinely complemented the downtown Berlin area.'

'Goede centrale ligging , vriendelijk personeel, prima bar/lounge. De gym is ook fijn. '

'Nice, confortable and clean hotel in a great location. Price is OK. Some cons: personnel is not always friendly; and there are no extras whatsoever in the room, in particular, nothing for the bathroom (moisturizer) and no free coffee/tea in the room. But this was my second time in this hotel and, if I go back to Berlin, I will probably go there again).'

'kamers waren schoon en ontbijt was goed.'
