'No hot water in the bathroom sink…no remedy from owner.'

'Very nice, quiet and pretty little hotel. Parking right in front of the room. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a free breakfast, but I went out in town instead. Staff was helpful after I left. I had left my prescription glasses in the room. They were found, and will be sent to me. I appreciate it. Hotel is close to places in town.'

'Quirky..but cool. Only 10 minutes from downtown saratoga. Clean, well stocked rooms. It did take quite a while for the water to warm up. There is no desk ir person on site, a pre-email from them would be helpful. Just know what you rented and the key is there! Wifi is slow and patchy, as is cell service but satellite working ok for texts'

'We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — very convenient. There were so many restaurants nearby, with a great variety of choices, and two large shopping centers were also within a short walking distance, which made everything extremely convenient during our stay. 'Heel fijn hotel met ruime en comfortabele kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Waren hier op de eerste dag van onze vakantie. Ligt tegenover het Apple kantoor.'

'After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. '

'We showed up for our 3pm check in to be told that our room was not going to be ready until 5pm. We had to sit in the lobby for two hours and all they discounted was the $10 parking fee for the weekend. The front desk guy was really nice though so blame put on him. Also, if you’re a shy person when I comes to using the bathroom the suite room that we had had a rolling door that left an inch crack in it. If you’re on the toilet you could be seen by someone on the bed. '
