The cleaning staff did not come in daily to replace the towels, sheets, or clean the floor. It was snowy during the stays we were there and there was not a place to put your dirty shoes without the dirt and water leaking on to the floor. The breakfast included was a just continental with a small Danish, two cereals, and coffee. Since the staff did not get in until 8 am there was not coffee ready until about 8:20 most days. However, the room heater worked EXCELLENT.
Actually, I blame expedia because when I was looking at various, this was not the site I wanted and ended up paying a non refundable fee to a less than desirable site.
