The host was incredibly quick with responses which eased any stress about the house. There was a lot of space and a ton of amenities that made the trip a simple stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed and we truly had everything we needed. The location was perfect and made walking to town with small children a breeze. We’re looking forward to staying there again next year.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we ever stayed at. Location was perfect! House was amply supplied with everything you needed. Game room was so nice (no broken games or missing pool cues here!) We go to Big Bear Lake every July. Not gonna bother with other listings anymore. This house was great!

Great for big families

Very spacious and comfortable for a big family. The beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed. It’s so close to town! Pet friendly with a huge game room. The hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of the night.

Great house with a great walking location to downtown restaurants and shopping. Everything in very good condition and well maintained. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped for preparing a full Xmas dinner. Outdoor grill was super convenient. Matt (owner) very helpful and highly recommend it for any season.

Big Bear Stay

We loved this cabin! The space is excellent - large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, a fun game room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which was perfect for our group. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. You can’t beat the location - just steps to town, but still felt very private and cozy. The host was super communicative and booking and check in were seamless. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Big Bear!

Super pleased with the property. Beds great. Linens and towels wonderful. Kitchen very well supplied. Being walking distance to the village was a great plus! Great Lake views. Also really enjoyed walking up the street to a trailhead that took you into easily walkable trails. Only negative was tv in primary bedroom never worked (replaced batteries). Emailed contact two times and didn’t get a response. Will definitely stay here again though.

Gorgeous house in perfect Big Bear location

From the moment you walk into this house it’s time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Fabulous hot tub and games room were perfect for our trip and kept everyone entertained. Absolutely superb location - just a few steps away from nice restaurants and shops, and ideal for the City’s Christmas tree lighting this weekend! Hosts were very accommodating, and easy to reach in case we needed anything. We would not hesitate to return.

Best Place to stay in Big Bear!

We had an amazing stay at this Big Bear home! The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to the Village and the lake, which made everything super convenient. The owners’ communication was absolutely top-notch from start to finish.The house itself was incredibly spacious, and the game room was such a blast for everyone. It was also very kid-friendly, which made traveling with our daughter a breeze. They even decorated for Christmas, adding the perfect cozy touch to our weekend.We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you again!

Big Bear Central

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 2 days! We were visiting big bear during their yearly car show. We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed! The game room was a hit, for the entire family! We had with us 10 total and there was enough space for us all. The only down fall was that there was no A/C as we thought when booking, and during August it gets pretty hot, but at night the weather was perfect! The owner as well as the rental agency checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! Loved it!! Thank you for everything!

The house was nice but dirty. There was mouse droppings on the stairs, crumbs on top of the fridge and all of the dishes were poorly cleaned. Several times during the stay I reached out to the host because of issues and I never heard back from them. I understand issues happen but I was ignored throughout the stay. The house and location were nice but the customer service was awful.

Great property, location & host

This house is exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. All 4 bedrooms are very large and the house is very spacious. It is perfect for a large family. Big kitchen that is open to the dining and living area which is perfect for entertaining or cooking a family dinner. Huge game room with full size pool & shuffle board tables and bar. The game room kept the kids entertained and the adults enjoyed it as well. The outdoor hot tub is very clean and ready to go. The best part of this property is the location. It’s close walking distance to the village and lake. We didn’t have to use our car much which was very convenient. Our kids loved being able to walk out the door and roam the village. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. This property does not disappoint and we highly recommend. We would definitely try to stay here again if traveling to Big Bear.
