'The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

'We enjoyed a very relaxing and fun weekend in Big Bear and this place was excellent for 2 families of 3 each (couple and 1 kid) with 2 rooms with confortable beds, spacius closets, 2 full bathrooms, a nice and roomy living rooms with a shuffleboard table which we enjoyed so much, also the fusball table and board games. 'If youbare into skiing and snowboarding and you dont want to drive to snow summit and do not want to pay alot of money for your stay , this is the place i recomment to stay, good size townhomes , the community has a pool and a center , staff were friendly and helpful '

'The cabin was an awesome place to stay with that forrest and nature feeling. It was very clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and very reasonable. They had all the essentials you needed. I will definitely be staying here again. And I highly recommend that others do the same. Big Bear was a quick weekend get-away. Wish it was longer.'
