'The place was very clean had all the amenities you could need was a wonderful spacious stay for me and my dog. I loved that It had quite a larger yard than I expected. It had a nice neighborhoods that was super upscale to walk around. I felt super safe staying there and it was kind of tucked in close to all the restaurants that you could need and I was super close to my training. It was a lovely stay. I would absolutely recommend it and stay again.'

'The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted.'

'This is definitely visual false advertising. While the space was relatively clean on the inside, the outside of the resident was very sketchy, poor neighborhood,"ghetto-looking," so much so that my partner reimbursed me the money I had paid immediately, said we would NOT stay one minute in the residence overnight, and instead drove us straight to the Hilton Spark. As a man, he was very uncomfortable with the neighborhood - and I must admit, so was I. He did not even want to unpack the car...

The hosts have thought of everything; the guest house has everything you could possibly need, with extra consideration paid to ensuring guest comfort. If there is anything you need, the hosts are cheerful, pleasant and readily accomodating while still respecting guest privacy. The location affords easy access to numerous grocery stores and restaurants, and they even put together a guest binder full of helpful recommendations for anything...

'Perfect little unit for our week long soccer stay. I had the ability to wash uniforms daily and the unit was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the hose was excellent. I would definitely book again!'

'Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model.'
