'We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for our trip since we have family spread all across California, and the hotel ended up being about an hour from each of our stops, which made traveling so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for visiting family while still being able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets. '

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...

'Place was great to stay at, the 12pm check out is nice, but on our last day around 9am house keeping tried to come in to clean and then kept walking by to knock, when I opened the door they were walking away. Made it seem like it was a reminder to get out and they did this a couple of times, well before 12pm. Kind of annoying. '

'The location is one of the best attributes of this property. You only need to cross the street and walk up the adjacent parking lot to enter into the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. The hot breakfast buffet was offered at a very reasonable 6 AM to 10 AM time frame, benefiting early risers as well as late risers. Parking was less than a 100 yards from the hotel lobby. We will most definitely book this property again if we are in the area.'

'The first room I checked into smelled of vomit; the second room was on a floor where people were smoking in the hallways (not just cigarettes); the third room was next to a room that seemed to be occupied by people who were living there. The ice maker had black things in the ice; the pool was closed; the breakfast was not edible; the police came to the property multiple times; there were people sleeping on the couches/chairs inside of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when...

'Huge missing piece of wood on the floor in the room. Door wouldn't lock. Room door appeared as if it had been kicked in previously. We booked 3 nights. Stayed 2. The beds were terrible. Honestly it felt like as my daughter said "the scene from a murder hotel show" carpets were grungy. The best part was the hot tub the rest of the time we tried to not be there. '
