'When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid...

'Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets. '

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
