'Parking great. First night we came in neighbors drunk taking through the wall. Super annoying all night. Desk guy said I will call them still problem not solved still loud.Asked to switch to room next door which was vacant both days we stayed. Desk guy said no because now I have to clean your clean room that we haven't even unpacked in yet. Hot water was not available the next day freezing cold showers til multiple maintenance people came to fix finally around 1 pm'

'Overall, we would definitely come back here again. First impressions were really good get your own lodge. He had great fireplaces throughout the property and you didn’t have to light them yourselves because this staff would light them up for you really really nice one thing though that I did have to mention was when we went to use a cup in the kitchen, there was a fingerprint on the cup that I went to reach for so that kind of threw me off a little bit but other than that, we would definitely...

'The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends.'

'Wasn’t good experience. Room wasn’t clean enough. Very old furniture. They need to do some remodels on their property. From 1 am to 5 am, neighbour was making loud noise and singing, and at 8 am they go to sleep. Not enough towels for two persons in bathroom! Lots of small and important things in to be changed in their property. Pillows are not comfortable at all! They had old carpet!
The location is amazing, there are amazing walk ways nearby, but in front of property there is a construction...

'The room we reserved was not ready when we arrived. The young man at counter put us in a different room which was an upgrade, very happy with that. We chose the property for the location as well as the amenities (indoor heated pool and hot tub). Unfortunately neither of them worked. The kids were pretty bummed out about that. The room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom with everything you need. Little basketball court outside for the kids was nice. Walking distance to gas station and...

Super leuk hotel voor een tussenstop tussen de drukke steden LA en Las Vegas. Even helemaal weg van de wereld. Tip: reserveer bij Pappy and Harriet’s en neem de short backribs.
