'I had a bad experience at Cathy's Cottages with mice in my room so I moved here. Jacky at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and the property is well maintained and very comfortable. I also liked that they did not charge more for weekend nights like all the other hotels in Big Bear. Next time I am in town, this is definitely where I am staying. Highly recommended. A+'
