I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well.

'Best kept secret on the lake! Eclectic, fun stay! We barbecued in the common area, played games om the patio, borrowed the bikes, took a walk around the cute neighborhood and we were just a hop, skip and a jump away from the lake where we went kayaking. Great and responsive hosts too!'
