'N&P is comfort and luxury at its finest in Big Bear. The art deco is modern, the rooms are decorated like a 5-star hotel. We had a total of 10 ppl and it was spacious for everyone to stay. The private BBQ patio in the back was the highlight! Also the large community tables were the best to gather many ppl together'

- both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill.
- The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer.
