'The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

'The staff is very friendly. But in the room was Some things brooken. Only one curtain, so you can’t make the room dark. The towels from the person before was still there. The refigator made sooo much noise, just like a airplane'

The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint.'

The elevator floor was sticky and smelled of alcohol. The room itself was clean. I liked the makeup remover towelette. The soap container in the shower was almost out and hard to pump out for my shower. The bedding had a bad odor. I only was able to interact with the desk clerk who was friendly.'

'I arrived around 9:00 PM after a long drive and significant traffic delays while traveling for business with Ochsner Health. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe at this property from the moment I arrived. The area surrounding the hotel was concerning. Several 18-wheelers were parked in a vacant lot next to the property, and there were homeless individuals gathered there as well. Although the parking lot lighting was adequate, there was...

'Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak...
