'When we came to check in there was a couple in front of us that had just checked in and they were back up at the desk because their lights and AC did not work in their room. Took them about 15 minutes to get them another room. Finally got our rooms, went up and the floor was drenched. Water pouring in from somewhere. Went back down to the desk to get another room. 'Great location for the 4th of July festivities. House was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion and this does not take away from the 5 star rating, if at all possible, add a 1/2 bath in the basement, larger groups would appreciate it!'
