'When my finance and I first got there a roach crawled out of the fridge when we opened it. None of the channels worked on the TV. The remote only worked for maybe two minutes then quit. The buttons on the TV didn’t work either. The turn disc inside the microwave was broken so the whole time you’re warming up your food all you hear is clanking.'

I found out too late to change rooms late at night. Apparently, plumbing was under repair, and they had better not given out the rooms that were not ready.
