'I had a really great stay at the Bull Inn which is located in a lovely quiet village surrounded by the countryside.
My room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable, and because it’s so peaceful, I had a fabulous nights sleep. Beats noisy large chain hotels any day!!!
Lots of tea / coffee with biscuits provided which was nice as I’ve been to many hotels recently where you get minimal items.
Lots of free parking and directly outside your own room which was brilliant for carrying suitcases...

'We used The Red House as an overnight stopover point to break up a long journey from 'up North' back down to the south coast. The building is 200+ years old and Grade 2 listed so lacks some of the refinements you would find in a more modern establishment. However it was clean and tidy and suited our needs. The single beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast and a very friendly and welcoming host.'

'Was like a maze to get to my room, but the signs got me there. I understand the building is old, but the floor boards in my room were so loud & creeky that i worried i would disturb other customers beneath me.
Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They let me store my suitcase with them while i went to a funeral, it was no problem for them at all & the lady on the desk was very sweet & kind ☺ '
