'We had a most enjoyable stay at Breitner House! It was the highlight of this trip to Amsterdam (which is saying quite a lot). Camilla is a charming hostess! She proudly told us the history of the house, and served a sumptuous, delicious, and beautifully appointed full breakfast. (She thoughtfully accommodated our dietary restrictions.) 'Room itself was very nice and location was great however, the toll of having to haul our luggage not to mention ourselves up and down 5 flights of stairs took its toll on us and made the trip painful. 'Een later check-in was geen probleem; gastvrouw was erg gezellig. Helaas echt alleen maar in de kamer geslapen, maar ga zeker nog eens terug om ook te genieten van de omgeving.'

'De kamer was zeer ruim en over het algemeen vrij proper. Er waren ook verschillende zaken voorzien in de keuken (bv. pannen, borden, bestek, spons en afwasmiddel). De personeelsleden aan de balie waren steeds vriendelijk. Op wandelafstand bevindt er zich een tramhalte waar regelmatig trams naar Amsterdam passeren. Fijne locatie om te vertoeven na een werkdag.'
