'The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.'

'Property was amazing, the view of Port Soller was spectacular from our gorgeous balcony, the house is a great size , plenty of space outside . The grounds had gorgeous potted plants everywhere. Enjoying fantastic meals and cocktails on the balcony, just takin in the view of the mountains, House was very clean and the owner had everything you needed and more, also Mats was extremely helpful with all our transfers. Shops and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also beach just walking distance....

'la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.'

'The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

'Wunderschönes Haus mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Gute Lage, ein Auto oder Fahrrad ist allerdings notwendig. Top-Sauberkeit, bei offener Tür kommen aber kleine Insekten und Eidechsen ins Haus. Darauf wird man hingewiesen und lässt die Türen dann eben geschlossen. :) Insgesamt alles bestens, voll ausgestattete Küche und 4 Betten!'

'We stayed at the villa for a week. The exterior was beautiful, lots of ground, the pool was nice and clean but smaller than it seemed on the website. Lots of outdoor space so for a group of us was great. The house inside was spacious and aircons in every room, what I was looking for. The only downside was the cutleries were worn off, washing machine, dishwasher and bathrooms need better maintenance. '

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
