'The beds were amazing.'

'Very clean and newish hotel. Plenty of parking. Very central to shopping and food places. Coffee in the morning between 6-9 but no breakfast. There is a small gym which is usually not busy. Ther is a pond near the hotel which has lots of birds and a natural trail close by to walk. Very nice and peaceful. Overall we loved our stay.'

'The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!'

'Beyond pleased with our room that offered wonderful views of the airplanes and fighter jets flying overhead as well as the city Central Park outside our window and with the trains and the barge is moving up river it made for an enjoyable stay. The TV actually had HDMI capable hook up so we brought our DVD player and a bunch of movies to enjoy, independent films that are not available on Netflix. Staff was excellent and the property was clean and well maintained.'

'So this place was $52 dollars a night... no amenities except an ice machine that was a bit far from my room (105) . There is free coffee and cold water in the office but only like a 5ounce cup to have. Seems like my room was clean and the king size bed was sum what comfortable as I'm into a firm mattress but this was semi firm .but had 4pillows that were firm so that was a plus . Tv and channels were good . Good size mini fridge and a small microwave worked well for heating up small leftovers. I...

'I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. The upstairs restaurant was also over-done decor-wise and the food was tortured and complicated without being particularly good. Everything just came off as thirsty and cheap rather...

'Wonderful stay. Rail line immediately in front of hotel, easy access to downtown. Moda Center 2 rail line stops away (2-5 mins) or also walkable (10-12mins). Highly recommend.'

'The Mark Spencer is always a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Being that it is downtown it is easy to walk to many locations.'
