'After being told we needed to call the day of our reservation to ask for early check in, I called and made the request at 7 am. Upon arrival, I learned the person who took my request failed to write my name on the list. Understanding mistakes can happen, we waited in the lobby with our belongings. We had a wedding to attend and needed to leave by 4:15. At 4:15, fifteen minutes after normal check in time, we still did not have a room. 'Stayed there 5 nites. Facilities are older but in good shape, room was spacious and bed was great. Staff was wonderful. A bit noisy due to proximity to PDX. But not bad.'
